Welcome to Kent County's No-Cost PreK for All Application!
This application is for the 2026–2027 school year. Please note that completing the application does not guarantee placement in a preschool program. After you submit your application, you will be asked to provide additional documentation to confirm your child’s eligibility. In Kent County, 4-year-olds have two no-cost early learning options. GSRP is open to all children who turn 4 by December 1, with no income requirements. Head Start is also available for 4-year-olds, but families must meet income guidelines. Both programs help children get ready for school in a fun and supportive environment.
